Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations

Constructive Media is seeking a Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations to play a leading role in managing our sophisticated advertising infrastructure.  Our sites serve over two billion ad impressions per month on desktop and mobile, including several million pre-roll and in-banner video impressions.

 The Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations will work full-time at our office in midtown NYC, reporting to our CEO.

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of ad operations experience
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising infrastructures
  • DFP expertise
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Natural problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to innovate
  • Familiarity with header bidding

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our complex programmatic advertising stack
  • Continually optimize revenue by increasing CPMs and fill, while maintaining a good user experience
  • Regular reporting on all facets of our advertising business.
