Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations
Constructive Media is seeking a Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations to play a leading role in managing our sophisticated advertising infrastructure. Our sites serve over two billion ad impressions per month on desktop and mobile, including several million pre-roll and in-banner video impressions.
The Director of Programmatic Advertising Operations will work full-time at our office in midtown NYC, reporting to our CEO.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of ad operations experience
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising infrastructures
- DFP expertise
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Natural problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to innovate
- Familiarity with header bidding
- Manage our complex programmatic advertising stack
- Continually optimize revenue by increasing CPMs and fill, while maintaining a good user experience
- Regular reporting on all facets of our advertising business.
