Gregory became the CEO of Constructive Media in 2013 and in short order has reinvigorated the Company’s advertising strategy, released a mobile optimized website and set the Company’s long-term product vision. Prior to Constructive Media, Gregory was the Chief Marketing Officer at Encyclopaedia Britannica and Merriam Webster where he led the Global Consumer Group. Prior to Encyclopaedia Britannica and Merriam Webster, Greg was a director of multimedia sales at the Wall Street Journal and at several Time Inc. brands.

Miles Kronby, Chief Product Officer

Miles is responsible for product development and user experience. Before joining Constructive Media, Miles was Chief Product Officer of Merriam-Webster digital, where he led the creation of new products including reference and game apps that received over ten million downloads. He has also led the creation of digital products at Time Inc., CondéNet, and the New York Times. He holds a Master’s Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU, and a BA from Yale.

Christopher Shade, SVP Technology

Christopher is responsible for technology operations. Prior to joining Constructive Media, Christopher oversaw business operations, technology and business development for Golf.com, at Time Inc. He also served as a member of the News & Sports Group Digital Leadership Team responsible for business strategies of the portfolio of brands: TIME, Sports Illustrated, CNN Money and others.
